WHAT YOUR REGISTRATION INCLUDES

The $500 fee is for one 10 × 10 vendor space. Bring your own tables, chairs and setup equipment. Electricity is not provided; extension cords are permitted where an approved power source is available. Food trucks and trailers are not permitted on the field.

Spaces are assigned on a first-come basis; premium placement is not included. Describe your products, services and setup needs below so the event team can review your application.

DEADLINE & NEXT STEPS

Payment is due by November 30, 2026. Submit your application and files, then complete secure payment on this page. Your on-page confirmation shows payment and review status; save that confirmation link for your records.

Payment and acceptance are separate steps. The event team will review your submission and contact you with acceptance and setup or artwork instructions. If a change is needed, the team will contact the person listed below before finalizing arrangements.

If your vendor application is not accepted, you will receive a full refund of your vendor registration payment.
